Allergies

An allergy is when your body reacts to something that’s normally harmless, like pollen or dust in the air, or some foods. People’s symptoms can be mild but sometimes they can be very serious. Allergies don’t define you but there may be times where you need more support and guidance

It is really important to let your trusted adults know if you have any allergies, and if you use any medicines to help with these.

Find below some helpful resources that can offer support.
