Bullying

Bullying can be really difficult to deal with. If someone physically hurts you or says things that leave you feeling hurt that is bullying.  It can leave us feeling hurt, embarrassed and lonely.

But you aren’t alone.

Make sure that whenever you experience this, you tell someone you trust about it. There are adults who can support you.

Your school will have a process to support you and you can speak to a trusted teacher for help, if you are not at school make sure you speak to a trusted adult and get support.
