Family Relationships

Every single family is different and no matter who is in your family, things can be tough at times.

Family can be there for you and be a big support for your mental health. But things between you and your family might not always be easy.

Whatever is happening at home, there are people to help you. You’re not alone.

If you're worried that people in your home are hurting each other, it's important that you talk to a trusted adult. There are laws to protect people from this. It is called domestic abuse.
